Products sold on BuildingWaterproofer.co.uk are fulfilled by Abacus Construction Products Limited and we offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on this website. Please note this does not apply to items directly purchased via Amazon.
Our policy explains how we handle returns and refunds, including:

What to do if you need to return a product
We strongly encourage our customers to try your products in the first two weeks after purchase to ensure it is suitable for your needs.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us at the earliest opportunity and you can return it in its original condition and packaging, within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, and we will refund you subject to a 15% restocking fee.
After this 14 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded on any order.
Please ensure the returned items are adequately insured while in transit to us. Damaged or opened products will not be refunded. Special offers and kits are only returnable in full not in part.
Please retain your digital invoice emailed from BuildingWaterproofer.co.uk as proof of purchase.

Damaged and missing goods
If you receive goods that are damaged in transit, please mark the courier note as DAMAGED for us to be able to issue any refund or credit. Should goods be missing from an order, we need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Any notification after this period will not be accepted.
What to do if you need a refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can receive a refund subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Firstly, you need to contact us at the earliest opportunity – Abacus Construction Products Limited will accept goods for return for up to 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this 14 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the PayPal account used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
