Lacomit Laquer Remover for Jewellery

For the removal of Lacomit laquer

This Lacomit remover is a fast-acting solvent liquid that will easily remove Lacomit laquer from jewellery items once they have been plated. It can also be used to thin the consistency of the laquer for finer detailing on jewellery to be plated.

Removal Process

• Shake the product thoroughly then apply directly to the lacquered parts using a brush or lint-free cloth. Wipe and rinse off with hot or cold clean water.
• The product is safe to use on all precious metals.
• As with all solvents, care should be taken.
• Supplied in 1 litre, 5 litre and 4 x 5 litres in chemical safe containers.

HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION

• Ingestion: DO NOT induce vomiting, drink 1 – 2 glasses of water, seek medical attention
• Skin Contact: Wash off immediately with plenty of soap and water, remove contaminated clothing, flush skin with running water. Seek medical attention if irritation or symptoms persist
• Eye Contact: Rinse continuously with water for at least 15 minutes, holding the eyelids open. Seek medical attention. If can be done easily done remove contact lenses.
• Spills/leaks: Absorb on inert absorbent and transfer to a container. Prevent spillage from entering natural waters/land drains.
• FIRE: Use water fog or fine water spray. Emergency workers to wear full protective clothing including breathing apparatus.
